MISSION

IILM’s mission is to improve firms’ productivity by optimizing the supply chain. IILM fulfils this mission by insuring access to results, technological applications produced by the research sector and the additional expertise of Universities and College-level Centers of Technological Transfer (CCTT) in order to allow firms to integrate the technologies best suited to their needs.

VISION

IILM plans to establish a link between firms in several sectors of expertise (e.g. hospital logistics) thereby bringing firms into contact with applied research logistics establishments.

By developing constant partnerships, supporting firms in the feasibility studies of their logistics projects, displaying innovative solutions, developing training programs for specific needs and facilitating the bond between firms and their partners, IILM plans to be an agent of control for the economic and social development of Quebec’s Very Small Firms and Small and Medium-sized Firms.

The International Institute of Logistics of Montreal relies on the complementary expertise of Universities and Colleges to allow its clientele to optimize its supply chain management even when innovative solutions are limited due to finances, technological capacity and the expertise of human resources.
